Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your product as much as we do. If there is damage in shipping, or if the size isn't quite right, shoot us a message within 14 days and we'll be happy to exchange your product for a new one (minus shipping and handling). Just not working out? That's okay too, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue you a refund once we receive our product back!

Shipping

We ship to all 50 states no problem! We know some people will always be Texans at heart even if they move away from our great state. We ship internationally as well, though there will be additional shipping and handling costs for international orders!

What Payment Types Do You Accept?

Texas Bird Dog Co. accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country/region is not included in the shipping options at checkout, please contact us at Logan@TexasBirdDogCo.com in order to receive an accurate shipping quote. 

How can I track my package?

To track your order, simply use the USPS issued Tracking number provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email that is sent the moment your order ships.  These are often caught in your spam or junk folder so be sure to check there.
